Squidworld

Squidworld is the trading name of freelance web developer/manager, Todd Brunner. I specialise in two areas – Website Administration and Management, and development using the Drupal Content Management System/Web Application Framework.

Website Management and Administration

I seek permanent contract work managing your site and doing all of your day to day drudge work for you. If your site needs updating on a daily basis and/or you have a community that needs constant attention, I may be just what you're looking for. While many companies hire in-house staff to do these jobs, I can produce the same results, working from home, and probably save you lots of money! In today's financial climate, why should you be paying salary plus benefits for what should essentially be part time contract work?

While many developers eschew this type of work, citing it as "not stimulating enough", I actively seek it out. My prices are reasonable and I offer good value for money. If you'd like to discuss your management and administration needs with me, please get in touch.

Drupal Development

I have been using Drupal almost exclusively for web development since 2005. It offers, in my opinion, the best framework for community site development and towers over other CMSs in terms of power and flexibility.

As Drupal has become increasingly more accepted and desired in the corporate world, many developers have found full-time jobs developing Drupal sites for big companies. I am one of the only freelance advanced Drupal developers still working independently, and am happy to remain so.

If you would like to discuss your website needs with me, please get in touch.

Below are some recent sites I have developed and now manage. All but one use Drupal.

IGAEF
Digital Dots
Mankind Sucks!
The Guild of Ideas
The Verdigris Project
The Nether Regions
